HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY PRODUCTS?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an in-stock, unfinished product, within 14 days of purchase, email us at hello@timberviewmillworks.com to obtain a Return Authorization. Please note that return requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase, and returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization issued by Timberview Millworks.

Custom Finished and Made-to-Order Products – Please note custom finished and made-to-order products are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.

WHICH PRODUCTS ARE CONSIDERED NON-RETURNABLE?

  • Custom or made-to-order products of any kind
  • Painted or stained products
  • Any item that has been altered, installed, scratched, stained or damaged
  • Any item that is not in resalable condition 
  • Any item that is not in its original packaging
  • Any item without prior return authorization

REAL WOOD Timberview Millworks products are made from real wood. Because wood is a natural material, every product will have a unique appearance, often with naturally occurring variations in color, texture and grain pattern. Variations are normal and should be expected. Variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return. The images on this website are provided for reference only and should not be used as the sole basis for choosing a particular product. Prior to installing your Timberview Millworks product(s), examine the product(s) carefully to ensure it meets expectations for appearance and quality. Product(s) that have been installed will be deemed to have been inspected and accepted by the customer.

INDOOR USE Timberview Millworks products are for indoor use only, unless explicitly specified, and as such will not cover the cost for damaged or defective items if the product(s) was damaged or defective because of customer negligence.

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCTS?

All returns must have a Return Authorization issued by Timberview Millworks prior to shipping. To request a Return Authorization, email us at hello@timberviewmillworks.com and our team will assist you with the return. Any product returned without a Return Authorization, returned to the incorrect location, or returned in a damaged or unsaleable condition is subject to additional fees that will be deducted from your final refund.

PLEASE NOTE that returned products must NOT have been installed or altered in any way, include all original documentation, parts and associated pieces, and must be returned in new condition, with no missing hardware. All items must be returned in their original packaging, or the return will not be accepted. We cannot, under any circumstance, accept returns that have been installed.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

To request a refund, within 14 days of purchase, email us at hello@timberviewmillworks.com to obtain a Return Authorization. Any product returned without a Return Authorization, returned to the incorrect location, or returned in a damaged or unsaleable condition are subject to additional fees that will be deducted from your final refund.

As soon as the product(s) are received back to our factory and upon inspection of the returned product(s) our team will issue a refund. Per inspection, if the product is found in new condition, received in its original packaging, and has a Return Authorization, you will be issued a refund. If a returned product is determined to be damaged or in an unsaleable condition, it will be subject to additional fees being deducted from the refund, or the refund may be denied completely. Please allow five business days for the refund to appear on your account after issuance.

MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?

We stand behind the quality of the products we sell. While cases are rare, damage during shipping does happen occasionally.

If your shipment appears damaged, REFUSE IT and sign the delivery receipt as DAMAGED. The shipment will be returned to us and a replacement will be initiated at no cost to you.

To file a claim for damage not visible at time of delivery, you must email us at hello@timberviewmillworks.com within three (3) calendar days of delivery and our customer service team will assist you. Claims received more than three (3) calendar days beyond the delivery will not be accepted. Photographs must be clear and attached to your claim within three (3) calendar days. Please note that photographs are required to process damage claims and we will not be able to process your claim without photographs. Take photographs of the damaged item and packaging for your records and email to hello@timberviewmillworks.com along with your damage claim information.

DO NOT DESTROY ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Products not shipped in the original packaging will not be covered by Timberview Millworks and will NOT be eligible for return, exchange or replacement if applicable.
