Will I receive an order confirmation?

In order for your order to ship quickly, the window to make changes is limited. Orders can be changed only before the end of the business day they are placed. If an order is placed on a weekend or company-recognized holiday, changes can be made only before the end of the next business day. After that, it will be too late to make any changes.

How do I track the delivery of my online order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships including the tracking number for your package. Use tracking information for updates on the status of your delivery.
What shipping methods do you use?
We currently use a mix of LTL Freight Carriers, UPS Ground and FedEx Ground shipping methods to fulfill orders. In some cases, parts of your order may ship separately from the rest.
LTL Freight Carriers - Residential curbside delivery is our standard service included with your order. Please note that delivery drivers ARE NOT required and WILL NOT carry your package/crate into your home/residence, nor will they remove any trash, pallets, or debris from the premises.
